Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from our online store. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:
1. Print-on-Demand Products
The products sold on our store and made using print-on-demand technology are created specifically for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons of change of mind.
2. In-Stock Products (not print-on-demand)
For in-stock products (non-customized or non-print-on-demand), you have 14 days after receipt to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs for these products, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.
3. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. You will be asked to provide a photo of the item in question so that we can verify the problem. Once verified, you will be offered a replacement or a refund.
4. Return Costs
Return costs for a defective or incorrect product are covered by Make A Wish South Belgium.
For all other returns (e.g., change of mind about a product in stock), the costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bluewallagency.com, indicating:
your order number,
a description of the problem,
and any useful information (photos if necessary).
We will process your request as soon as possible.
6. Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
7. Refund Timeframe
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of our decision by email. If accepted, the refund will be processed within 10 to 15 business days.
