'Food fighters' kitchen apron

During the 2022 summer tour, the GAIA Taste Truck stopped in 12 Belgian cities, offering a tasting of a delicious vegetable vol-au-vent that respects animal welfare. The choice to offer a 100% vegetable vol-au-vent was an opportunity to draw attention to the terrible breeding conditions of fast-growing chickens, which are the most slaughtered animals in Belgium.
